Inbox Design Study for an Omnichannel Platform
Hereβs a concept for an Inbox screen, where users can view all incoming messages and easily manage their next steps.
To enhance the experience, I designed functional dropdown variations for message status, making navigation intuitive and practical.
I also created both Light Mode and Dark Mode versions to ensure comfort and accessibility for different visual preferences.
