We’re thrilled to showcase the website and platform we designed for Workwize!
Workwize is a B2B SaaS platform based in the Netherlands, helping global organizations manage the complexity of remote work compliance. From onboarding remote employees to handling equipment logistics and labor law alignment, Workwize enables companies to stay compliant and efficient — no matter where their teams are based. Their platform is used by fast-scaling companies to streamline operational workflows and reduce the overhead of managing remote workforces.
We began the process with an in-depth discovery process: stakeholder interviews, behavioral analysis, and audit of existing UX patterns. From there, we mapped key user journeys, defined pain points, and restructured the information architecture. The new UX framework was built on modular design principles, allowing us to create reusable components that support rapid product iteration.
A clean UI layout with defined hierarchy, flexible grid systems, and interaction design patterns helped ensure consistency across the platform. Special care was taken to simplify onboarding, reduce user friction, and ensure clarity in task flows — particularly around complex features like country-specific compliance rules and equipment approval processes.
