Landing Page - School Safety Leadership Summit
🎯 Project Overview
I had the opportunity to design the landing page for the School Safety Leadership Summit, a high-impact, in-person training event focused on helping school leaders, administrators, and safety teams prepare for crisis scenarios. The summit brings together nationally recognized security experts to equip schools with the knowledge and tools to better protect their campuses.
🧭 Objective
Create a conversion-optimized, professional, and mobile-responsive landing page that builds trust and urgency, ultimately driving school administrators to register for one of the two upcoming events.
✍️ Design Brief Highlights
Target Audience: Public & private school leaders, Christian educators, safety officers
Goal: High-converting, story-driven landing page with a clear user journey
Tone: Authoritative, reassuring, and purpose-driven
Deliverables: Figma
💡 My Approach
Following the StoryBrand framework, I designed the layout to immediately answer three questions:
What is this about?
Why should I care?
What should I do next?
Each section was designed with clarity and hierarchy in mind:
✅ Hero Section: Summit title, clear subtitle ("Led by Experts. Built for Schools."), date/location toggle, and a strong CTA
✅ Problem Statement: "Most schools aren’t ready for a real crisis…" accompanied by supporting data
✅ Summit Benefits: Engaging icons and summaries of key training areas like de-escalation, Stop-the-Bleed, and tabletop drills
✅ FAQ & Schedule: Clear, collapsible answers that reduce friction
✅ Conversion CTAs: Strategically placed buttons throughout for seamless registration
