I revisited my earlier Contactually dashboard to align with 2025 relationship‑management needs. The overhaul introduces a modern visual language, a tighter information hierarchy, and AI‑powered context, turning a once static view into a proactive command centre.

Key upgrades

• Action‑oriented colour system grades follow‑ups by urgency, guiding users to the quickest wins.

• Streamlined layout & typography lighten cognitive load while expanding at‑a‑glance visibility.

• Workflow‑first structure maps directly to today’s sales and CX rituals, cutting friction throughout the day.

• Scalable component library (built in Figma) ensures consistency across future modules.
