Misty Mountain Lake – Study

This study focuses on atmospheric depth, rugged mountain textures, and the interaction of light with mist and water. The towering peaks, partially veiled by swirling clouds, create a sense of grandeur and scale, while the lake in the foreground reflects the moody sky. I aimed to capture the balance between the soft, hazy atmosphere and the sharp, rocky details of the mountains. This exercise helped refine my understanding of landscape composition and natural color harmony.
