The Challenge
SRC Search is a recruitment solutions specialist dedicated to fully supporting clients in finding the right candidates. What began as a small website tweak evolved into a complete redesign. The challenge: translating their brand identity into a fresh digital experience, while ensuring a technical upgrade. A personal look and feel, and a seamless blend of design and animation, were central to the project.
Distinct Identity for Each Division
SRC Search operates across four distinct branches: Search & Selection, Executive Search, RPO & RAAS, and Green Search. Each of these needed a clear and prominent presence within the site - complete with a unique visual identity. By integrating the branches logically throughout the website, we made it easier for users to quickly navigate to the content most relevant to them.
Comprehensive Vacancy Database
The website features an extensive job database focused on Biotech, Life Sciences, and Green Tech. Multiple filtering options (region, job type, status) enhance usability and clarity. Beyond filters, the vacancy section includes a video FAQ and a clear explanation of the recruitment process.
Each vacancy has its own detailed page, offering in-depth information and a direct “Apply now” feature.
Personal Touch
For SRC Search, a personal approach isn’t just part of the service - it’s a core value. To reflect this, we made real people visible throughout the site. From team member listings within each division to multiple contact options, the design brings their human-first philosophy to life.
