Hello everyone! Our UI/UX design team recently developed a concept for a property mobile app where users can track and manage repair requests related to their properties. Here's an overview this modern app UI.

The board screen categorizes requests by work status, with search and filter options. Cards display request numbers, problem types, photos, priority, address, source, and assigned personnel. The activity screen tracks updates, showing status changes, photos, responsible staff, and problem details.

The color palette of this mobile app UI features a dark background to ease eye strain during extended use, with red, green, and blue accents.

The main characteristic of this app design is the use of bright accent colors, which help users quickly identify request priorities, ensuring instant visual categorization and efficient processing by managers and other staff.
