As the Product Designer, I led the creation of this platform from the ground up — conducting user research, defining flows, and designing the UI in Figma — all while staying true to the vibrant brand identity crafted by Tabasco Agency.

Design goals:

Ease of use – Intuitive navigation and quick access to claims, policies & user data

Responsiveness – Designed mobile-first, optimized for every screen

Clarity & trust – Clear data hierarchy, instant feedback, and delightful UI moments

Real users – Built and tested with real customer insights from interviews & usability testing
