π Our process
As the project coordinator, I led the team from day one β aligning designers, developers, and stakeholders around a clear vision. I created the process plan, established design workflows, and made sure our team stayed focused and in sync from kickoff to final delivery.
π§ Team Organization & Communication
I set up a structured collaboration format to drive clarity, transparency, and accountability across the project.
Facilitated regular syncs via calls and chats that ensured everyone was aligned.
π¨ Design Workflow & Support
I created a shared design environment and helped maintain a clean, organized file structure that made collaboration seamless.
I actively supported the design team, ensuring our UI decisions remained consistent with both the UX goals and our target audience.
When questions arose or priorities shifted, I stepped in to recalibrate and guide the team back on track.
π Research & Analysis
We kicked off with thorough market and competitor research. I helped steer this phase, identifying opportunities where we could innovate and add both functionality and fun.
π‘ Hypotheses & Validation
We didnβt just throw ideas at the wall β we built 15 focused hypotheses around usability, engagement, and clarity.
To make sure we were solving the right problems, I led the creation of a targeted set of validation questions tied to each hypothesis. From there, we conducted interviews with real users and carefully analyzed the feedback to determine which hypotheses held up and which didnβt.
This hands-on approach helped us:
- Prioritize real user needs over assumptions
- Drop ineffective ideas early
- Strengthen the features that users truly valued.
By building this structured validation loop into our process, I ensured that every design decision was grounded in evidence.
π‘ Our solutions
Onboarding
A friendly, personalized welcome experience β the result of close teamwork, with me ensuring user flow logic matched the tone and brand.
UI Kit + Design system
I helped the designers stay aligned by enforcing use of the unified UI kit and system β from components and color palettes to interaction standards.
Authentification flows
We went with biometric login and PIN support. We chose those because of security and accessibility.
Widgets for quick access
We created modular widget options for quick views into matches, training schedules, and stats. As we prototyped and iterated, I made sure we stayed focused on user needs and reduced complexity at every step.
π― Final results
A sleek, accessible, and user-friendly experience β modern, consistent, and built for real engagement.
π§ Key Takeaways
