Find Canadian Products with AI - CanadaCart

This year, after heavy use of LLMs and a new found fascination with coding -- I set out to try and do something I'd never done before... Design and build an iOS app!

Trump's tariffs were just announced, and some friends and I wanted to do something to help promote Canadian products to Canadian people.

What started as a fun little side project to flex my design skills and try coding using AI, turned into a full-time job for a few months. With the help of a few friends, I was able to reach my goal of releasing an app and doing something for my country.

I learned a lot from this experience (especially the limits of AI)... There's still so much to learn. I'm keen to start my next project and try something bigger.
