Eneco - Heatpump

Eneco wants to simplify the process to scale from 300 heat pump installations per year to + 3000. The goal: make sustainable heating easier and more accessible for everyone.

As a freelance UX/UI designer, I took a mobile-first approach to ensure an optimal user experience on smaller screens, where most users interact with the product. Once the mobile design was solid, I expanded and adapted the layout for desktop, maintaining consistency while taking advantage of the larger screen space. This approach ensured a seamless and responsive experience across all devices.

We aim to stay relevant to our users by personalizing the experience, showing different content based on each user’s preferences, needs, and behavior. This ensures the information they see is always timely, useful, and tailored to their journey.
