HELLO Carsharing: UX/UI & Mascot
About HELLO
HELLO is a carsharing service based in Minsk with a twist — instead of boring economy cars, users can choose from a fleet of exciting vehicles like Mustangs, Camaros, and even a strawberry-colored Tesla Model 3.
Task
Our goal was to refresh the mobile app and visual identity to better reflect the playful, bold spirit of the brand. We redesigned the UI/UX to make the app faster and easier to use. At the same time, we reimagined HELLO’s beloved potato mascot — a cultural icon in Belarus — turning it into a fun, warm character with personality and charm. This case shows how we mixed smart mobility with a touch of local humor, turning a simple app into an experience users actually enjoy
