Paving Works Branding
Objective
To develop a strong and trustworthy brand identity for a company specializing in paving and gardening work. The goal was to create a visual language that communicates reliability, craftsmanship, and clarity -highlighting the company’s dedication to quality, durability, and professionalism in the paving and gardening industry.
What I've done
Market Research & Brand Positioning – Conducted research into the target audience, local industry standards, and competitors to define a clear brand positioning rooted in craftsmanship and trust.
Visual Identity Design – Created a bold and grounded brand identity using a sturdy typographic system, a robust color palette, and clean, functional design elements that reflect the physical nature of the work.
Material & Texture Exploration – Incorporated tactile visual references such as stone textures, grid structures, and earthy tones to evoke the materials and environment of paving and gardening.
Logo & Iconography Development – Designed a modular, easily scalable logo system along with custom iconography that works across digital and physical applications - from signage and uniforms to vehicles and business cards.
Client Collaboration & Iteration – Worked closely with the client to ensure the branding authentically represents their values and resonates with both residential and municipal customers.
Application Design & Documentation – Delivered a comprehensive brand toolkit including layout guidelines, color specs, typography, and real-world mockups to ensure consistent brand application across all mediums.
