This screen helps users track and reflect on their mood trends over time.
π Graph View: Visual representation of mood patterns daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
π Mood Changes Summary: Shows changes in mood over different time spans (3, 7, 14, 30 days).
π Mood Score Tracker: Gives an overview of how mood fluctuated, helping users understand what might be affecting their emotional state.
Screen 2: Wellness Dashboard
The central hub for user insights and wellness progress.
π Mood, Sleep, Stress & Gratitude Bar Chart: Helps identify patterns and triggers.
π― Goal Progress Cards: Tracks progress for practices like gratitude journaling and breathing exercises.

A simple, intuitive schedule to plan self-care routines.
