Redesigning a Construction Tech SaaS Video Data Web App

At a construction tech SaaS company, I worked as a Product Designer on their video-data web app. The original version had become bloated with too many features, which made it feel cluttered and hard to navigate—especially across different devices.

My goal was to simplify the experience and bring consistency across phone, tablet, and desktop. I designed a minimalist UI that focused on the core features users actually needed, while aligning with the visual style of the company’s other products.

The result was a much cleaner interface that made it easier for users to find and use key functionality. I led the design process from early sketches to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring the new experience was both responsive and intuitive.
