This is a continuation of my exploration of the latest SaaS App Dashboard design for Warehouse Management called WareTrack.

WareTrack is a SaaS application designed to help staff efficiently manage various activities in the warehouse. The application simplifies inventory monitoring, helps prevent stock shortages or overstocking, and ensures that all deliveries are timely and run according to plan.

Showing the Employee Account Dashboard, designed specifically for warehouse managers to keep track of their attendance, daily responsibilities, and leave status in a single, intuitive interface.

Attendance History

The Attendance History section provides a comprehensive overview of the manager’s working hours. A visual bar breaks down total hours into on-time, late, and overtime segments, offering a quick performance snapshot. The table underneath displays each workday with time logs, punctuality status, and overtime hours, supported by simple action controls for editing entries if needed.

Profile Card

The top section focuses on the user profile, presenting essential information like the manager’s contact details, location, and job title. Just beside it, there’s a clear breakdown of their leave summary—total leave, leave taken, and the number of days remaining—along with quick-action buttons for requesting leave or starting work.

Daily Task

The Daily Task module offers a clean checklist-style layout where managers can view and track progress on 8 key responsibilities like inventory management, team supervision, logistics, and safety checks. This helps ensure that critical daily operations are never missed.

The interface is designed in dark mode, using a combination of turquoise and orange accent colors to enhance contrast and improve readability. The layout balances modern aesthetics with practical functionality, built to suit real-world workflows in busy warehouse environments.
