EBADE – UX/UI LP Redesign
Overview
This project involved a comprehensive UX/UI redesign for EBADE, a renowned institution in Salvador, Bahia, specializing in interior design education. With over 40 years of experience, EBADE offers both in-person and distance learning programs. The objective was to modernize the digital platform to enhance user experience, streamline access to information, and support EBADE's mission of providing quality education in interior design.
Design Process
- User Research
Conducted interviews and usability tests with current students, and administrative staff to identify pain points and user needs.
- Information Architecture
Reorganized the website's structure to provide intuitive navigation, making it easier for users to find information about courses, enrollment, and contact details.
- UI Design
Developed a interface that reflects EBADE's commitment to design excellence. The design emphasizes readability and visual hierarchy to guide users effectively.
- Prototyping & Testing
Built interactive prototypes and conducted usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Key Outcomes
5% Increase in User Engagement Post-redesign analytics indicated a 5% rise in user interactions, including course inquiries and enrollment form submissions.
13% Reduction in Bounce Rate Enhanced navigation and content structure led to a significant decrease in bounce rates, indicating improved user retention.
