Making our teammates feel appreciated.

At Craft, we’re all about finding fun ways to make our teammates feel appreciated. Last year, our “Fun Committee” came up with a pretty awesome idea: custom baseball-style cards for everyone on the team. Think of old-school trading cards, but with stats, inside jokes, and personalized touches for each one.

The goal was to create something that felt unique but still connected to Craft’s brand. I pulled a lot of inspiration from our Philly studio, which has this amazing mural full of geometric shapes, patterns, and icons, plus graffiti art and collectibles scattered throughout. It felt like the perfect vibe to bring into the design — bold, colorful, and a little unexpected.
