Bark and Bite Dry Rubs is a local small business offering dry rubs for smoking meat. The name is from the texture of the outside of the meat and the hot flavor of the spices. The dog in the logo was a boxer named Pepper, who loved chili powder. Because the business idea was based on Pepper's love for hot spices, it was a fitting choice to give connection and meaning to the brand.
