Project Setup: Identified usability issues, poor visuals, and low engagement. Visual Redesign: Swapped navy for vibrant cyan green, used Nunito and Roboto fonts, simplified the logo for a fresh, digital-first feel.

Redesigned for higher trust and completion rates through linear steps, feedback, and progress visibility. Outcome: Demonstrated the impact of aligning UI/UX with real user needs for business success.

Examples in Practice

Bad navigation was replaced with a simple bottom bar like Monzo uses. Financial dashboard mimicked features seen in Revolut. Savings goals feature worked like the one in Chime to increase user retention.
