Looking for feedback, Blue Eye WIP Vector Illustration

Currently working on more detailed vector illustrations, this one being a bold graphic eyeliner look. I've spent most of my time with the glitter detail, adding way too many circles and sizing them up and down. Any feedback for improvements on glitter texture and ways to apply that, and how to render eyebrows with maybe not so many individual hairs would be greatly appreciated! Hopefully, soon I will complete this work, as so far it's one of my favorites!
