MixMe – A modern mobile app for mixology lovers and bartenders that transforms cocktail creation into an interactive and personalized experience. The app empowers users to craft custom drink recipes, explore templates, and prepare cocktails step-by-step as if in a real bar setting.

Challenge

The key challenge was to design an intuitive, immersive experience that mirrors the creativity of real-world mixology. We needed to balance simplicity for beginners with flexibility for experienced users. This meant crafting a highly interactive Recipe Builder, designing a step-by-step cocktail preparation flow, and ensuring seamless QR-code integration in bars. The interface had to feel fluid and engaging while supporting both spontaneous cocktail creation and precise recipe replication — all within a mobile-first environment.

The final product delivers a fun, intuitive, and deeply engaging mixology experience tailored for both casual users and professional bartenders. The custom Recipe Builder empowers creativity, while the interactive step-by-step mode replicates the feel of real cocktail preparation. Seamless QR-code scanning bridges the digital and physical bar experience, encouraging on-the-go cocktail discovery.
