Unfamiliar experience and terms
This is a sort of milestone in my life and I wanted to memorize it with my illustration.
Back in January, I felt sudden abdominal pain, nausea, and tiredness. I couldn't stand alone, so my wife came home and took me to the ER and we found a cyst on my left kidney accidentally. I don't know what caused sickness at that time but we met the urologist and did several exams including CT, MRI, and SPECT to confirm whether it was cancer or not. My doctor confirmed that it is 99% cancer and he recommended "Nephrectomy."
Medical terms are indigestible to me but I thought the term "Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Nephrectomy" sounds...cool. It sounds futuristic and extremely professional sound.
The surgery went well and I'm recovering now but I am a little bit bored....my belly is still bloating, incisions are hurt, and difficult to concentrate. I'm reviewing my past life, reading a book, and preparing for the new project. The one thing I learned from this experience is to enjoy the current life while having thankfulness. :)
