Add Schedule Form – SIMAN

This is the class schedule management interface designed for SIMAN (Sistem Informasi Absensi). The goal was to build a seamless and intuitive scheduling system that helps academic admins organize weekly lessons clearly and efficiently.

Overview

The screen presents a structured timetable for each class, split by days and time slots. Each lesson is visually grouped with color-coded blocks to make scanning and editing schedules fast and intuitive.

A modal form allows users to add new lessons by entering:

• Pengajar (Teacher) – Assign a teacher to the lesson

• Mata Pelajaran (Subject) – Select the subject to be taught

• Hari (Day) – Choose the day of the week

• Jam Mulai & Jam Selesai (Start & End Time) – Set lesson duration

Key Interactions

• Tambah Jadwal (Add Schedule) – Opens the lesson creation form

• Simpan (Save) – Confirms and adds the lesson to the timetable

• Batal (Cancel) – Exits the form without saving

Design Approach

The interface emphasizes clarity, focus, and usability. By using modals, users can input data without leaving the timetable view. A clean layout, consistent spacing, and familiar UI patterns ensure the user experience is accessible even to those with minimal digital experience.

This screen is part of a larger system to modernize academic administration through SIMAN, supporting everything from student attendance to schedule planning and beyond.
