Credit vs Direct Payment 💸 - IDS BK

In the IDS BK public transport app, users could top up credit and use it to buy tickets. Until now, that — along with a slow card payment flow — was the only option.

After doing user research, we added the clearly preferred options: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We expect credit usage to gradually decline as quick, native payments take over.
