GoFarm - Digital Solution for Agriculture
Background
Indonesia is an agrarian country where most of the population relies on the agricultural sector. However, many challenges are still faced by farmers and landowners, such as limited access to weather information, suboptimal land monitoring, and difficulties in selling crops at competitive prices. To address these challenges, GoFarm was introduced as an agritech platform that connects landowners, supplier partners, and buyers in a single digital ecosystem.
Additionally, GoFarm participated in the Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx), an international innovation competition aimed at showcasing and promoting the latest technology across various fields. In this competition, GoFarm won a Silver Medal, demonstrating its strong potential as a globally competitive agritech solution.
GoFarm received positive feedback from judges at IPITEx, who stated that the overall concept was well-designed and promising. Although it remains a prototype design, with no real-world implementation or user testing yet, its Silver Medal achievement at IPITEx highlights its high competitiveness and strong potential for future development.
