From sketch to vector ✍️→🎨

Before diving into Adobe Illustrator, I always start with a rough sketch in Procreate. It helps me:

✔️ Nail the composition early,

✔️ Communicate ideas to clients faster,

✔️ Avoid major changes later.

Then I refine contours and colors in vector — but I’m curious:

Do you sketch first or jump straight to vectors?

As a pro, do you find sketching saves time? (or is it faster to build compositions with primitive shapes right away?)
