In-depth Wireframe Flow

As the Lead UX Designer on a team of four, I spearheaded the wireframe flow design for the "Conversational Texting" project at State Farm. This mobile-focused initiative aimed to streamline text-based interactions, offering policyholders an intuitive and engaging way to communicate. I ensured the wireframe flow mapped user journeys while prioritizing simplicity and responsiveness. Collaborating with my team, we employed user-centered design principles to create layouts that balanced functionality with seamless navigation, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and aligning with the project's goals.
