Customer Support Hub: Developed an extensive support hub featuring 250+ FAQs, making key information easily accessible to customers.
Workflows & Training: Created clear workflows for content pourers and business users, ensuring efficient collaboration. Led training sessions to empower teams in managing content effectively.
Comprehensive Manual: Authored a 12,500-word guide, providing a detailed reference for ongoing website management.
