About the project

Knowledge Hub is a new module designed for OrangeHRM — a centralized space where employees can access internal documentation, company policies, guides, and training materials. The task was to design a clean, modern interface that makes finding and reading information effortless.

Goal

To create a scalable and intuitive documentation hub that helps employees quickly locate essential resources and stay aligned with company processes. The design had to fit within OrangeHRM’s ecosystem.

User Challenges

• no existing centralized place for internal content;

• difficulty locating specific guides or policies;

• poor content discoverability and navigation;

• inconsistent formatting of documentation.

Solving

• designed a homepage with clear content categories for fast access;

• implemented a consistent article template with tags and related content;

• enhanced navigation through search and structured layout;

• applied a minimal, readable UI to reduce cognitive load.
