The Employee Menu was designed as a personalized space where employees can access essential services such as manage employee, leave applications, organiazation chart, personal data, and request time off—all in one seamless interface.

Challenge

One of the core challenges was designing an interface that caters to employees with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of tech proficiency. The Employee Menu needed to provide quick access to multiple features without overwhelming the user. Ensuring data visibility, simplicity, and mobile adaptability were also key concerns during the design process.

Solution

The Employee Menu in Humanly is crafted as a minimalist and intuitive space where employees can effortlessly access their HR essentials—like manage employee, organization chart, and request time off.
