Background & Challenge

Royal Home Appliances faced a pressing issue: unauthorized dealers were tampering with or removing the QR code from products. This QR code is integral to the brand’s identity and product verification system—allowing customers to confirm product originality and warranty details via a quick scan. The removal of this code compromised both brand trust and post-sale support.

Objective

  • Educate consumers about the importance of the QR code.

  • Reinforce that original Royal products always include a scannable QR code.

  • Promote the ease of checking product authenticity and warranty status.

  • Increase brand confidence and reduce counterfeit issues.

Creative Concept

The campaign centers on trust, clarity, and simplicity—delivered through a confident, direct communication style featuring Fahad Mustafa, a trusted and familiar face across Pakistan. His presence lends credibility, approachability, and a sense of security to the message.

Design Elements

1. Color Scheme:

  • Dominant Royal Red background to match the brand identity and command visual attention.

  • White typography for clean contrast and legibility.

  • Product images in full color for realism and recall.

2. Typography & Language:

  • Urdu language used throughout to ensure maximum comprehension across diverse audiences in Pakistan.

  • Bold fonts emphasize keywords like “QR Code,” “Warranty,” and “Asli Royal Product.”

3. Visual Hierarchy:

  • Fahad Mustafa placed prominently, pointing towards the QR code—his gesture naturally leads the viewer’s eyes to the campaign’s core message.

  • An oversized QR code is used as the central call-to-action, reinforcing the message and encouraging interaction.

  • Product visuals and icons at the bottom showcase range and practicality.

4. Tagline & Messaging:

  • ("Smart QR Code – The Identity of Genuine Royal Products") — succinct, rhyming, and easy to remember.

  • Supporting text offers instructions: scan before purchasing to confirm authenticity and activate warranty.

Strategic Integration
