LimeFlight, a Switzerland-based SaaS platform, is used by airlines around the world to solve their inflight logistics challenges. Developed in close collaboration with airline teams, LimeFlight helps streamline everything from galley configurations to meal planning and service coordination.

This screen is part of their LoadPlanning module, designed to give operations teams a clear, time-based overview of how inflight services are scheduled across different aircraft and routes.

Each row represents a specific aircraft (e.g., A330-300, A320), with modular colored bars indicating service tasks like galley loads, catering, or equipment setup — all aligned to flight durations and airport logistics. The hour-by-hour timeline helps airline teams:

• Build and optimize modular load plans

• Spot overlaps, delays, or idle periods quickly

• Improve collaboration between logistics and catering teams

• Ensure smooth, efficient onboard service execution

We designed this interface to perform under real-world airline pressures — with clarity, scalability, and operational usability in mind.
