I'd like to talk about my recent design for the Bonyan Ava company. I was given a task to:

• -- TMS is a fictional company specializing in transportation fleet management. To oversee its fleets operating within the city, the company has implemented a dedicated system.

A key feature of this system is the ability to view a list of all active fleets across the city. These transportation fleets fall into two main categories: passenger and cargo transport.

On the fleet list screen, management personnel can see a detailed list of drivers for these fleets. This includes their specific information, categorized by whether they operate passenger or cargo vehicles. Furthermore, the approximate current location of each fleet/driver is also displayed on this screen.

The solution:

• -- Ultimately, after conducting reviews, research, and benchmarking, and considering the assigned task and its objective – which involved deciding between a compact list showing more fleet entries or a card-based view displaying more data per item on the screen – both options were discussed. However, the primary goal was to see a larger number of items in a summarized list. Therefore, the decision was made that if a user needed more data and details, they could view them more completely on a separate page.
