Eames Chair

It's been a few years since I've posted anything, so I figured I'd start with something I was woking on around the time I got busy and disappeared.

This shot is my first attempt to learn how to use the mesh tool. There were a few frustrating moments, but I can definitely see the power behind the tool. I decided to use one of my favorite pieces of design as the model, as there is plenty of variation in the shape to make working with the mesh tool challenging. I definitely wasn't wrong and will be finishing this illustration soon.
