Encouraging interested candidates to take the leap into the mental health career path.

In this homepage design, prepared as part of my work for GovWebworks, I explored multiple ways to represent a new initiative relating to driving career seekers into the mental health profession. This involved developing an initial content strategy that is inviting and that encourages exploration. This exercise involved conducting analogous research and devising a set of target content and functionality, and exploring the UI components that would accommodate them the best, with the user journeys associated with career switching, career launching, and career exploration in mind.
