Medallia is a global leader in customer and employee experience, known for helping the world’s top brands turn feedback into action. For their flagship event, Medallia Experience 2024, held at the Wynn Las Vegas, they partnered with OCHI DESIGN to build a full presentation ecosystem powering the event.

Across the board, our goal was simple: elevate the experience — visually and strategically. Every slide worked in sync from the first keynote to the final breakout to drive clarity, energy, and momentum.

In total, we delivered 1,500+ slides and supported the team on-site in Vegas to handle last-minute changes and ensure everything ran flawlessly. A true all-in effort to power one of the year's most important customer experience events.
