NewEcom.AI – A next-gen conversational commerce platform that enhances the online shopping experience on marketplaces through a virtual AI assistant.

Task


The objective was to design a modular, user-friendly AI shopping assistant interface that simplifies the purchasing experience on eCommerce platforms. The focus was on creating an engaging and intuitive UX that balances conversational interaction with personalized product recommendations. The design also needed to be easily scalable and integrable into platforms like Shopify or large marketplaces.

Challenge


The main challenge was to design a seamless conversational interface that feels natural, intelligent, and non-intrusive — all while guiding users through a full shopping journey. It was crucial to combine AI-driven personalization with a clear, frictionless UX across multiple device types. Additionally, the assistant had to support rich media interactions, handle edge cases gracefully, and be adaptable for future feature expansion.

Solution


We designed a sleek, modular AI shopping assistant interface with both light and dark themes, optimized for desktop and mobile experiences. The UI emphasizes clarity, ease of use, and gamified interaction to keep users engaged throughout the shopping process. We implemented a chat-based interface powered by personalized recommendations, image uploads, selectable reply options, and real-time interaction states (loading, typing, errors). The design system supports scalability via a flexible UI kit and was built with a focus on seamless integration into Shopify stores and other marketplaces.

Result


The final design positions NewEcom.AI as a forward-thinking player in the eCommerce and AI space. The conversational interface enhances user engagement, simplifies product discovery, and drives higher conversion through personalized shopping experiences. The modular system is ready for rapid scaling and integration across multiple platforms. Clear UX logic, visual consistency, and interactive elements ensure both user trust and ease of use — setting a strong foundation for future product growth and AI innovation in online retail.
