MiCare Path is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) app that connects specialty care patients with their healthcare teams between office visits. It tracks vitals from medical devices (e.g., blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, weight scales) and syncs with activity trackers and Apple HealthKit.

Providers receive real-time insights via a custom dashboard, while patients can message their care team, track wellness, and access personalized health plans and education. MiCare Path empowers patients and providers to achieve better health outcomes together
