Introduction

Karpool is a company based in Cape Town, South Africa, dedicated to providing people with reliable, safe, and consistent transportation for their daily commutes. To meet this goal, we designed a carpooling rideshare app for people living in Cape Town to use daily and connect with others in their community.

User Personas

To improve our understanding of our user base and compile findings from competitor analysis, we created 2 user personas detailing what an average person living in Cape Town would be experiencing on a daily basis. We examined each persona’s core needs and frustrations within their current lives, surrounding the topic of transportation.

The Final Screens

The high-fidelity wireframes, or final screens, bring together all our research, feedback, and design work into a polished, user-friendly experience. They include refined visuals, interactive elements, and a clear layout, making them the closest version to the final product. These screens ensure our app is intuitive, functional, and ready for users.
