Real Estate Folder

This real estate agent wanted a folder that looked classy and luxurious. In a design consultation, we got the impression she wanted the "Louis Vuitton bag" of presentation folders, and this idea really clicked for her. The design is printed on 14pt C2S White Semi-Gloss stock. Side 1 features two foil-stamped areas and one PMS color, with a Soft-Touch Aqueous coating enhanced by Spot UV for added visual and tactile appeal. Side 2 is printed with one PMS color and finished with a Matte Aqueous coating to provide a smooth, refined look. The agent uses it to return important documents that her clients gave her, including tax forms, bank statements, mortgage statements, and contracts.
