Words that are trusted: how we design testimonials

The challenge

To create a testimonial block that would not just be a collection of opinions, but part of the overall brand aesthetic. It was important to maintain the tone of NÉRO - calm, precise, with an emphasis on trust and the personal experience of each customer.

Solution

We approached the reviews as personal stories. Each review is organized with details: name, service, master and date of visit. Instead of short phrases - long texts, revealing emotions and impressions.

On the left side we added an accent card with a title and a call to leave a review - so the block gets a semantic balance and an additional point of involvement.

The tone is honest, calm, and respectful.

Typography - light and rhythmic.

Layout - loose, with visual breathing room for each review to “sound”.

Result

The testimonial block has become not just a confirmation of quality, but a part of storytelling. It reinforces trust, builds emotional response and emphasizes care and humanity.

Visually, it supports the aesthetics of the brand, and in terms of meaning, it becomes one of the most important arguments for new customers.

This case is a conceptual project created to demonstrate the design approach. All images are generated with AI and are used to convey the atmosphere of the project.
