  • Inbox (Middle): Lists preview snippets of emails with timestamps and sender details.

  • Reading Pane (Right): Shows the full email content with attachments and action icons.

• Functional Sidebar with Icons:

  • Navigation for Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Important, etc.

  • Organized labels with colour-coding (e.g., Work, Friends, Social) for easier sorting.

• Email Preview Pane:

  • Gives a quick overview of recent emails including sender photo/name, subject, and first line.

  • Displays unread indicators and timestamps.

• Detailed Reading View:

  • Opens the full message in a spacious right-side pane.

  • Clean typographic hierarchy for readability (name, subject, body, etc.)

  • Includes attachment preview (e.g. Figma file), highlighting a design-related workflow.

• Utility Controls:

  • Quick actions like reply, forward, delete, mark, and print are all easily accessible at the top of the reading pane.

  • Search bar and sort dropdown (e.g., “Recent”) enhance navigation.

Design Approach:

• Soft Neutrals + Accent Color: Creamy whites and taupe tones make the layout feel light, modern, and calming.

• Rounded Icons & Avatars: Add a friendly and human touch.

• Typography: Modern sans-serif fonts for clarity and elegance.
