Hello everyone! Our UI/UX design team recently crafted a design concept for a property web app that allows users to track and manage resident requests for repairs. Here's an overview of this web UI.

The web app features a dashboard with requests organized by status. Each request card includes a reference number, priority level, request details, photos, and the applicant's name and address. Users can assign tasks to service providers and drag cards between statuses.

The color palette of this web UI design uses a dark background to reduce eye strain during extended use, while bright accent colors enable instant visual categorization of request priorities.

The main characteristic of this UI/UX design is its straightforward interface with minimal features, making the request management process more intuitive and efficient. This web application design allows managers to respond quickly to the most critical resident requests.
