Digital Communication - Collaboration with MUDEC Museum
TORTONA 4 ARTE
Project for Urban Design
Year: 2023
Project Brief:
Redesigning Via Tortona- The goal of our collaboration with MUDEC was to redesign Via Tortona, the street leading to the museum, which is currently underutilized and in need of revitalization. Our aim was to transform the street into a more attractive and engaging space that fosters inclusivity and creativity. We sought to reimagine Via Tortona as a welcoming environment that ensures safety and appeals to a diverse audience, including local residents, tourists, and passersby. The vision was to create a vibrant space that blends fashion and design, inspiring people from all walks of life to appreciate artistic expression and find inspiration in the surrounding details.

MUDEC:
The MUDEC Museum (Museo delle Culture) in Milan plays a pivotal role in the Trivia4Arte project, serving as a key collaborator in the initiative to revitalize Via Tortona. As a cultural institution dedicated to promoting global cultures through both permanent and temporary exhibitions, MUDEC brings a wealth of expertise and curatorial insight to the project. By partnering with Trivia4Arte, MUDEC will use the feedback collected from the interactive 'this or that' art trivia game to guide the selection of future exhibitions. This collaboration not only strengthens the connection between local cultural spaces and the community but also reinforces Via Tortona's reputation as a hub for creativity and innovation. The partnership aligns with MUDEC's mission to engage visitors in meaningful and immersive experiences, allowing them to influence the museum's programming and fostering a deeper, more personalized connection with art and culture.
