Sub 3 Marathon

What started as an overambitious idea in my head somehow turned into actually running a sub 3 marathon.I remember standing at the start thinking, Alright, I’m just gonna start the damn thing and see where I end up. No overthinking, no ‘I can’t do this’, just start and figure it out along the way.I fully expected to fail, and I was fine with that.

Even before the ‘race’, I wasn’t convinced I could break three hours, but I knew one thing: I was going to give it everything I had. And in the end, that’s really all you can do.

Looking back:🏃‍♂️ First marathon (2018): 4h 25m🏃‍♂️ Second marathon (2023): 3h 36m🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Ironman marathon (2024): 4h 53m 09s( probably the worst experience😂 )🏃‍♂️ Fourth marathon (2025): 2h 58m 48s
