Project Description

I designed the cover for "BANSHEE", a collaboration between Gio 23, Guadamúz & Flow Tury. This cover embodies the raw and rebellious energy of the trap genre with a distinct Detroit trap influence, blending underground grit with a bold, cartoon-inspired aesthetic.

Concept & Style

Hand-drawn Cartoon Chararscte: Stylized illustrations of the artists to enhance personality and identity.

Textured Background: A rough, grainy feel to mimic classic hip-hop and streetwear aesthetics.

Minimalist Color Palette: Dominated by deep red and white for a striking contrast.

Bold Typography: A strong, modern font for artist names and title, ensuring high legibility and impact.

Detroit Trap Aesthetic: A fusion of raw, underground vibes with high-energy visuals.

Design Process

Style Exploration: Studied underground trap aesthetics and graffiti-style illustrations.ç

Sketching & Digital Illustration: Created hand-drawn elements and refined them digitally.

Final Adjustments: Tweaked color balance, contrast, and typography for a polished look.
