BlastUP — Branding. Characters in the Wild
About the Project
As part of Blastup’s ongoing brand world expansion, we brought the 3D characters off-screen and into real life. The goal? To blur the line between digital and physical, building a universe where Blastup’s characters feel alive, social, and totally integrated with the environments they represent.
About the Shot
In this set, the fuzzy, colorful 3D mascots take center stage in everyday scenes, lounging at a bus stop bench and casually hanging out near a tram billboard. These interactions create a seamless brand narrative between the advertisements in the background and the characters engaging in the foreground. By combining CGI mascots, real photography, and illustrated UI overlays, we designed compositions that are both approachable and surreal—rooted in reality but charged with playful motion, personality, and digital-native energy.
