HR-Brand That Attracts Talent: Garage8 visual concept design

Designed a warm and playful logo and a flexible visual language for a fintech company HR-brand with no prior identity. The result: +30% increase in job applications and a brand people actually connect with.

Context:

A fast-growing fintech company approached our team with a challenge to create a logo for their employer brand — something that feels professional yet human, tech-savvy but warm:

"You focus on the work, we’ve got the rest. We create a space where great work happens — taking care of life’s distractions, so you can stay focused, supported and inspired.

We see Garage8 as a creative space — where everyone is a little bit Steve Jobs. We are the company that Consistently Changing: grounded in resourcefulness, flexibility, and people-first values. We celebrate a horizontal culture where you’re free to choose your path, take on challenges, and grow rapidly"

Concept:

We focused on creating a visual language that makes the brand feel:

  • Friendly and approachable

  • Professional and structured

  • In the spirit of a startup with all the benefits of a large company

Solution:

The emoji-inspired shapes and playful vibe of the logo convey a sense of warmth and human connection. This visual language reflects the flexibility and people-first mindset plus brings an approachable, friendly tone to the brand.
