This component pops up during an active conversation, giving agents a full view of who they’re chatting with β€” all in one beautiful, compact view. πŸ™Œ

🎯 Features include:

Quick access to user info (name, role, company, location)

Active communication channels at a glance

Fast actions like edit, deactivate, or delete

And yes… a fun little twist: what they’re currently listening to on Spotify! Because vibes matter β€” even in support. πŸŽΆπŸ’š

I’ve created two versions:

1️⃣ A clean, default version

2️⃣ A more personalized one with Spotify album art and current track

This is part of a design exploration to bring more personality and clarity to customer support tools β€” making them not just functional, but human. πŸ€πŸ’‘
